These projects should have a reasonable degree of accessibility to the general public. The general public refers to the collective body of individuals within a society who are not part of exclusive or elite groups, but include a diverse spectrum of individuals, including but not limited to, vulnerable and marginalised groups. Eligible Beneficiaries: Local Councils, Regional Councils, VOs and Schools found in the territory.

The aim of this measure is to enhance the social character of the communities and the rural infrastructure of the localities. Eligible Beneficiaries: Local Councils, Regional Councils, VOs, Small-medium enterprises and Natural persons being the main administrator of the site.

Eligible Beneficiaries: Local Councils, Regional Councils, VOs, Small-medium enterprises and Natural persons being the main administrator of the site.

Measure 4: Education and Research

Eligible Beneficiaries: Local Councils, Regional Councils, VOs, Small-medium enterprises and Natural persons being the main administrator of the site.
